What is ACC yTH?
YTH is what we call our area for Middle and High School students to step into deeper discipleship in our church. Each month, we have a gathering called “WAKE” to create a space for our students to go deeper together.
New to ACC YTH?
If you are a student or a parent of a student we would love to get you connected to the life of our church, and get connected to a community group.
We believe that discipleship is done mainly within the context of community. Our community groups are led by college and post-graduate adults who deeply care for our students. Each leader completes a background check and training before they are asked to lead a community group. Leaders are also put in pairs to help lead students. These groups meet weekly for the students to come together and dive deeper into the sermon content from Sunday.
WAKE is our monthly opportunity for 6th-12th graders to come together for community and to grow deeper in the Word. These nights include a time of worship, teaching in the word, and a lot of fun YTH activities. These gatherings are a vital rhythm for our YTH students to foster connections and deepen their faith.
