Michael Fagan

Michael Fagan began attending ACC with his wife, Tatum, in 2016. With an extensive history of church involvement and leadership throughout the years, Michael served ACC bi-vocationally before officially joining the staff team as Formation Pastor in January 2023. He and Tatum led the first community group at ACC. He holds a master's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has a deeply held passion for the health of the local church and its people becoming more like Jesus as the primary method through which God brings about His Kingdom. Michael is the father of two amazing kids, and he pastors our people through a commitment to personal transformation in Christlikeness. He also oversees the direction of discipleship inside ACC, facilitates spaces of encounter with the Holy Spirit, and offers his life to see the family of God be the church.
