Mission Statement: Camille Place provides refuge and restoration to survivors of human trafficking and empowers them through the renewal of spirit, soul, and body. Very few homes exist in the United States for female minors rescued from human trafficking. Currently, in Alabama there is not a licensed residential childcare facility like Camille Place. Our cause meets a dire need for a crisis that is adversely affecting our next generation. Camille Place is a 10,000 square foot home that can house up to 16 female minors. Every resident is provided with an education, food, clothing, and shelter. The residents receive medical and psychological treatment to promote her well-being. Aside from basic needs, they are offered equine therapy, pet therapy, horticulture, culinary, arts, and music to help them step into identity.
