- Mission Statement: The Exceptional Foundation of East Alabama is a nonprofit organization located in Auburn, Alabama. EFEA was established to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and provide opportunities for those participants to thrive and be engaged in social and recreational activities.
